Never one to turn away from a cheeky little project, I jumped at the chance when I was asked by my other half's dad to sew the phrase 'Never above never below always side by side' onto cotton so that he could frame it (I do love hand embroidery!).

The phrase is something that's close to his heart, as he's an ex-fusilier (and it's somewhat of an unofficial maxim for the Company), which made the project a little bit more meaningful - I even added a little hackle at the bottom to finish things off nicely!
