After a few weeks of hectic order making and workshop prep, I've finally taken some time out to give my little corner of the house a bit of long overdue TLC.

Here are a few of my favourite new additions, finds, upcycles and makes:

1. DIY cork coasters

These were so easy to make (once I decided what to decorate them with!). I'll be doing a 'How To' post on these soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that.

2. 'Build Your Own Stags Head' from IWOOT.com (priced £8.99)

I was torn between the stag and the moose and left the final choice down to my other half - he didn't seem to be as fond of the moose, although it did have a bit more depth to it than the stag.

3. Wire basket from TK Maxx (priced £13.99)

I've been looking for a small wire mail holder to keep my sewing patterns in, but after trawling through eBay for a bargain I gave up the search. Then I came across this beauty in TK Maxx by chance and decided it was the perfect storage solution to clear up the clutter that usually piles up on my desk. problem solved!
